Creating Better Outcomes

Outcomes for our target population are inherently unpredictable.

The NetWork is based on the assumption that there isn’t a straight line from here to there, from an institutional and chaotic life to an orderly and prosperous one. We have a well designed framework of supports, a path built on those supports, a focus on fundamental life issues and staff who are able to “connect” with participants on the most important human levels. The focus on immediate employment, income, housing and – through the service partners – seamless delivery of a range of support services will break long standing patterns of anti-social and self-destructive behavior.  This strain of unpredictability in the participant's lives combined with the ever changing economic climate means our statistics can vary from one day to the next.  Our objective to provide stability where possible.
